  • John Beaumont

    John is a veteran Chairman, Managing Director and Corporate Finance Partner. Previously, John was Executive Director of Energis PLC (a FTSE100 company) where he had responsibilities for data centres and Internet services in the UK and across Europe, as well as overseeing a NASDAQ $1billion flotation. John was also CEO at QA PLC (the UK’s leading IT training company), a Managing Partner at a global management and technology consulting firm (BearingPoint), and Partner at M&A International, a global corporate finance boutique based in Brussels.

    John has also had Non-Executive roles, including being the Deputy Chairman of Novia Financial PLC, Chairman of Oakham Wealth Management, and Non-Executive Director of the UK’s Office for National Statistics.

  • Howard da Silva

    Howard da Silva has 30+ years experience advising global corporations & private equity houses on Mergers and Acquisitions. An Equity Partner for 20 years, Howard worked in various senior roles at Deloitte predominantly advising on M&A strategy and deals, as well as serving as the Managing Partner of Deloitte Financial Advisory in Switzerland.

    Howard was Deloitte’s Global Financial Advisory leader for the firm’s largest industry sector, and worked with many of the world’s largest financial and strategic investors through his career. Having overseen tens of billions of pounds in transactions, big and small, across all continents, Howard has the experience and network to support our aggressive acquisition strategy over the coming years.

  • Sean Muirhead

    Sean Muirhead

    Sean Muirhead is a seasoned and well rounded Cyber Security expert, having worked in high level Cyber Security roles for over 2 decades. Although Sean grew up in the industry as a technical product leader, he matured into high level strategic business roles, such as Director of M&A at Sophos.

    Sean’s deep understanding of the Cyber Security product landscape and the intricacies and nuances of customer needs, coupled with the strategic value that the right transaction can add to a company makes Sean a truly valuable asset to an M&A focused Cyber Security company like GWC.

  • Luca Caserta

    Luca Caserta

    Luca is a seasoned and highly respected international who has worked as the CFO of multinational companies for the last 20 years at the Valentino Fashion Group and the Prysmian Group, guiding them through growth and overseeing the successful IPO of both.

    With deep experience in M&A, even more experience in raising capital (both debt & equity) and having also sat in a large scale CIO role, Luca will see this cybersecurity venture from a truly international 30,000 foot view, guiding our strategy.

    Jordan’s career has been spent in marketing & growth, working with fast growing companies, typically venture backed startups and public companies, looking to launch new products or aggressively move into new global markets.

    The concept of growing a company is challenging, especially whilst delivering profitably, predictability & sustainably. Jordan's skillset & experience lies in aligning, designing & building marketing & sales functions which deliver all three outcomes, allowing companies to scale & build true enterprise value.

    John Bland

    John Bland was the Managing Director of Sales at SCC, the largest independent MSP in Europe, for 18 years. He worked directly with the family owners to build and deliver-to-market all of SCC’s IT solutions, helping them grow from £25m to £2 billion+ when he left in 2021.

    John is a true industry veteran who has direct experience overseeing and integrating complex acquisitions, ensuring 1+1=3 is delivered. A true leader in the industry who’s focus on revenue growth & stickiness resulted in the extraordinary growth that SCC delivered.

  • Andy Moseby

    Andy Moseby

    Andrew Moseby is an ex M&A partner at Deloitte Legal. For the majority of Andrew’s career, he was an Equity Partner focused exclusively on M&A at a boutique law firm called Kemp Little. In 2021, Kemp Little was acquired by Deloitte Legal, which doubled the size of the Deloitte Legal operation, and Andrew started as Partner at Deloitte Legal.

    At Deloitte, Andrew developed the end-to-end M&A service, offering clients a deeper level of service than was previously offered. Having retired from Deloitte in May 2023, Andy is now focused on board opportunities and developing the future of AI within the M&A legal process.
